American Girl Josefina mini doll
The mini doll and accompanying mini book are great. Good workmanship and fine detail. I'v decided to start collecting all of the American Girls mini dolls.

this really is a good alternative to the company's regular 18" doll. she's made of high-quality vinyl, posable, soft body, rooted hair. her clothes are removable if you're the tiny dress making type.
the included mini book is not so much abridged, but truncated: it has the first 2 chapters (it is readable, but you might want a magnifying glass), including illustrations.
good for a child ... or the child in you.

Would recommend....
My daughter thinks she is a very 'cute' girl, but says you need to be careful with her hair, or her braid will undo. Would recommend....
